หน้าที่/ความรับผิดชอบ


Job Description;
The position of payment control is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to
include the production of periodic report, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records,
and a result, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted principles of financial
reporting standards

  • Control the payment processing to ensure accuracy and deliver within timeline.
  • Ensure accuracy and reasonableness of the company payment.
  • Ensure the payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies.
  • Identify the payment anomalies, and monitor the risk of payment for improving the payment quality.
  • Establish and oversee the operation payment control systems, transactions-processing operations, policies and procedures to be complied with the standard and tax related matters.
  • Enhance, improve and initiate the company payment procedures or policies to be updated and complied with the parent company standards, regulations and standard mitigating risk on the payment operation processes, and embody a professional image and have high work ethics.
  • Provide professional tax advice and consulting which relate to the company payment.
  • Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external, internal audits and government agencies to build confidence and trust.
  • To manage, handle, oversee the company payment improvement projects by coordinating with the related parties through offline and online platforms.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required and demonstrate strong multitasking capability and concurrent assignments.
  • Manage the team tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team member’s skills.
  • Regularly review and document the department’s policies guideline and work procedure manual.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
  • Tracking and assess performance, review and revise operational plans to increase effectiveness.
  • Actively strive to achieve assigned goals by demonstrating the highest level ofperformance. Maintain a positive “can-do attitude”, drive issues to closure and obtain results without compromising on quality and processes.

คุณสมบัติ


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Accounting or related fields.
  • Male / Female, age between 30 – 40 years old.
  • At least 9 years professional experience in external and internal audit, accounting.
  • Experience in Hire-Purchase business, financial institution, and/or related fields, is a must.
  • Experience with the new payment or accounting project (end-to-end) is a must.
  • CPA, CIA, TAX auditor certified is also a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting operations, auditing, tax, analytical thinking.
  • Proven audit, accounting background and strong aptitude for numbers and analysis.
  • High attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to problem solving, collaboration and well-organized under high pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to foster an environment of collaboration and drive process improvements, self-motivated, independent and proactive.
  • Good command in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skill.
